RMA

RMA (return merchandise authorization) is the term we use in the trade for faulty goods that either have a manufacturing defect or otherwise require repair.

If you have purchased an item in our webshop that is faulty and complies with our complaint policy, an RMA case must be created so that we can ensure a quick, correct and efficient handling of the complaint and the subsequent repair or exchange (depends on the specific product).
