At LIK Lighting, our values guide how we advise, develop and deliver architectural lighting. They shape how we listen, take responsibility and work together, both within our team and with the people behind each project.

Understanding comes before a recommendation. We listen to the ambitions, requirements and practical concerns behind a project, then use our lighting knowledge to help turn them into a workable solution. Respect for the client’s investment and the project team’s expertise is part of that approach.

Taking responsibility means following up and dealing with problems when they arise. From the first idea to the installed solution, we stay involved in the work we undertake and help resolve the details that matter to the finished result.
